This is a morning built for the whole family. While Charlotte from Gentle Hands Baby Massage guides your partner through a hands-on baby massage lesson — skills they'll carry home and use every day — you'll slip into a full hour of treatment in our rooms, with nothing to do but rest and breathe. Your little one is close by the entire time, calm and cared for, part of the morning rather than apart from it. Afterwards, you'll come back together at Coffee by Kai for hot drinks, morning tea, and a little something to take home. No rush, no handoff, no clock-watching — just a few hours where everyone in your family is looked after at once.

You've been holding everything together. For one hour, let us hold you. A full 60-minute Kai Signature Relaxation Massage treatment in our spa — while your partner and baby are in the very best hands down the hall.
Reconnect Over Coffee
Afterwards, reconnect in our lounge with hot drinks and morning tea from Coffee by Kai. Baby close, partner proud, and you — restored. No rush. You've earned it.

Charlotte is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM) and a mum of two. She discovered the power of touch through her own bonding journey and founded Gentle Hands Baby Massage to help other parents find that same connection. Her sessions are safe, baby-led and relaxed — techniques are demonstrated on a doll first, so partners can practise with confidence before trying them with their own baby. Charlotte and Kai Urban Retreat share a belief that postnatal care belongs to the whole family. Dads and non-birth partners are part of this journey too — and it's time we made space for them in it.
